If your order is in stock, we'll process it within 24 hours. If your order is to be produced or you're requesting a custom ring, we'll contact you to specify the production time.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.
PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
-For all purchases over €100, shipping is free.
– Delivery within 24 hours to the Peninsula. Balearic Islands 24 to 72 hours.
– The shipping cost for amounts under €100 is €8.50.
– Shipments will be made through the MRW or Nacex courier agency.
If delivery is urgent or within a specific time frame, the shipping price may vary.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
No shipments are made.
EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments to Europe and international destinations will be sent by registered mail. Delivery time and shipping costs will depend on the destination. Contact us and we'll inform you.

We are not responsible for additional customs and tariff charges, nor for delivery delays due to causes beyond our control or incorrect recipient information.
CANCELLATIONS:
On our website www.lidajoies.com, it is not possible to cancel an order once payment has been made. You can return the product once received. You have 5 days from receipt to do so.
RETURNS:
If you receive a package with defective packaging, you must note this on the delivery note or reject it.
If you are not satisfied with what you received, you have a period of 24 hours to report the incident to us, contact LIDAJOIES Barcelona through our email lida@lidajoies.com
If the return is due to breakage or poor condition of the product received, please let us know the reason and we will contact you.
In this case, return shipping will be at our expense. Refunds for returned products will be issued once we receive the returned product and review it. We will notify you when the refund has been processed..
If the jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you have 5 days from receipt to return it. In this case, we'll refund the full amount of the jewelry. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once LIDAJOIES receives the product, they will check that it's in perfect condition and free of signs of wear before processing the refund.
